Program Manager for Fortune 500 oilfield services company, led portfolio of strategic IT initiatives identified by CIO and business leadership team – Enterprise Process Management, Quality Management System, Operational Reporting, and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Retained for follow-on engagement to lead Sales Force Automation project.

Enron Energy Services

Served as Program Manager and was involved with the definition of strategic projects to be implemented to enable the newly designed enterprise business process. Developed the Enterprise Application Architecture to enable the business process by analyzing the information processing needs, from a business and technical perspective, of various strategic projects (such as Facility Management, Risk Management, Work Force Management, Financial/HR Management).

As Business Analyst in the Assessment phase of an SAP project, worked with a team of SAP experts to analyze various scenarios and developed SAP Conceptual Design. Developed a Business Case and Benefits Realization Plan for the SAP implementation to help ensure that the implementation yields the expected benefits.

Flipswap

As chief operations executive for leading provider of recycling solutions to consumer electronics industry, led Customer Operations, Sales, Device Operations, and Pricing teams in restructuring operations, resulting in turnaround and stabilizing company on path to profitability.

Requested by Board of Directors to serve as CIO. Managed development of Enterprise Application Architecture, led product visioning activities, and developed and managed product roadmap. Maintained 100% success rate in delivering product releases on schedule and under budget by facilitating structured process for requirements gathering and actively leading IT organization.

Led client team in creating operating efficiencies and turnaround activities. Implemented lean logistic processes and point automated solutions, developed and instituted rigorous program for quality control, implemented disciplined processes for inventory management, optimized product placement across distribution channels, designed new pricing strategies, redesigned sales and operations processes and implemented checkpoints and controls, and developed customer segmentation analysis.
